Growing herbs indoors can be a bit challenging, They do best in narrow deep pots verses the long shallow pots. I use seed starter soil for fast draining soil, also they require certain type of grow lights. I use my areo garden lights and place them under it. I don’t care to use the Areo garden itself because Hydroponics don’t seem to do very well indoors. Herbs also flourish with air circulation I place a small clip on fan near the herbs and point it upwards. Soil should be evenly moist but don’t over water, Rosemary’s should be slightly dry between watering. Keep temperatures a little on the cooler side.
